Our mission: Change how you act with AI.
Most organizations already run AI. The tools are applied, but most of your AI value remains latent. Every organization now faces the same challenge: move fast, or create something that lasts.
Our mission is to change how you work with AI, because AI isn't just an add on.
Adapting to a
new reality
AI brought a new reality, where the complex models were added onto systems never built to carry them. It looks easy and shiny. But as AI evolves, it demands adaptations, corrections and constant change. We’ve reached a turning point: will companies learn the new way to adapt to AI and generate real change?
Why we chose it
AI is not software you install and move on. It is a living system you cultivate, correct, and grow with. The companies that will treat it that way are the ones AI will work best for. We saw the new challenge ahead and pushed ourselves to learn every tweak and technique AI demands. Leveraging our founders' expertise, Latent researched, and developed our own methodology.
We lead by going first
We have gone into every field to meet AI where it breaks. Enterprise, government, security, health and finance. Through every domain we saw what holds in production, and learned what’s true across AI everywhere. It is why our way works.
The AI-run enterprise
An enterprise where AI runs in production across the business, while its people move up to do the work only humans can. This is the future we see: the point where machine capability and human judgment compound. We aim to make that the standard: real-world AI in production, and a workforce trained to run it.
A new enterprise norm, where human potential compounds.
Start today.
We work with organizations that intend to lead. We surface hidden value, fix what breaks in production, and train teams to run new technologies.
We meet you where you are, then build the path to where AI works across the business. That is how leaders stay ahead. Your AI, done our way.
