Bliss recognized that providing clients with a preview of their post-operative results had a major impact on experience satisfaction. No reliable solution existed to generate realistic, personalized post-surgery images. The technology simply was not there, impacting the overall patient experience.

What we built

Stable-diffusion imaging system that generates high-accuracy previews of patients' post-operative outcomes

Latent built an advanced AI imaging system that allows patients to accurately visualize their potential post-operative outcomes. Our process began with in-depth research into stable diffusion, assessing existing solutions and their limitations. We then developed a working prototype, submitting it to rigorous testing focused on image quality, generation time, and realism. 

The final AI imaging model is continuously monitored and improved based on real-time patient use.

Bliss patients upload a high-quality photo, which is then processed using state-of-the-art segmentation models. A specialized AI model, fine-tuned with advanced techniques, generates a highly accurate predicted post-surgery outcome. With Latent, Bliss’s new system significantly improves patient confidence and decision-making and is now a core part of the Bliss personalized care pipeline.
